A Reality Check

However, now I can't find the clip on the website, so I am sharing my summary through this blog.

Basically he comments on a pattern he has seen in the last 6 weeks across the States and overseas. the pattern is the Lord moving to expose wrong behavior, motives, attitudes. The first pattern was leaders being betrayed by someone close to them who had appeared to be loyal but had actually been seriously faking it. Sometimes it was a leader in authority above the person, sometimes a colleague, sometimes a leader under the person who was betrayed.
Arthur realized the mesmerizing spirit was being ripped away (makes dishonorable people look honorable or makes honorable people look dishonorable). Arthur asked the Lord, why now, since the charade had been going on for some time. He heard that God was getting ready to move a number of ministries to a new level and did not want the leader to take the defilement of a partner with a malicious heart into the new level of anointing. It was the Lord's mercy.
Then they began to see the Lord move closer to home, to expose the need for cleansing our own misperceptions of our health that wasn't because of rebellion or brain rot or even blind spots as it is traditionally viewed. The Lord was exposing misperceptions of our health because we are people with limited perspective and need God to help us see what we can't without his help. His counsel was to get over the grief fairly quickly, of being blinded sided by a partner whose heart turned out to be malicious, and to embrace the pain of being shocked by our seeing that our attitude, or behavior wasn't all God in the way we thought, but press on in seeking to know God. Don't just focus on purging your flesh, but on filling your awareness with the wonder, magnificence and beauty of our God. Let him heal blindness we didn't even know we had.
