As some of you know, David has been having trouble with prostate. Art having had prostate cancer gave him motivation to keep on top of it--meaning that he has been having periodic checkups. This last biopsy showed that he does have cancer, but it is a very slow growth cancer. The doctor was very careful to stress that--even saying, "Do not sell the farm and book an around the world cruise!"
David will be making an appointment to see the team of doctors: the urologist, an encologist, and a radiologist to discuss the approach. He said that because of the type that it is, the recommendation could be to simply keep a watch on it and do nothing medically. So, that is the latest bit on that front. You may all keep us in your prayers. It would be nice if the Lord would just heal it! Love to you all.

I want to keep in touch with my mother, family, and friends and blogging gives me a chance to do that. Carol and I have lived in Oregon, Pasadena, Idaho, Indiana, Victoria-British Colombia, and now Michigan. There are neat people in each place and I've wanted a way that these neat people could know about each other, if they wanted to.
